This policy applies regardless of the device or method you use to access our services, including desktop browsers, mobile devices, tablets, and any other connected technology.
TPOV LLC serves a global audience of professionals and organizations in the computer systems design and related services industry. Because our Platform may be accessed from any jurisdiction worldwide, we have designed this policy to address the privacy expectations of users across multiple legal frameworks including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union and the United Kingdom, and other applicable state and international privacy laws.
We believe that transparency is the cornerstone of trust. This document explains in plain language what data we handle, why we need it, who may access it, how long we keep it, and what control you retain over it. We encourage you to read each section carefully and reach out with any questions using the contact details provided at the end of this policy.
02 Information Collected
We collect several categories of information to operate the Platform effectively, improve user experience, and comply with legal obligations. The data we collect falls into the following categories, each collected through different means and for distinct purposes detailed in subsequent sections of this policy.
Information You Provide Directly. When you fill out a contact form on povhub.hair, send an email to reach@povhub.hair, engage with our support team, or otherwise voluntarily submit information to us, we collect the data you choose to share. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, and the content of your message including any project descriptions, technical requirements, or other details you include. We do not request sensitive personal data such as government identification numbers, financial account credentials, health information, or biometric data through our Platform, and you should not submit such information through any public-facing channel.
Automatically Collected Information. Like most professional websites, our Platform automatically receives and logs certain technical data from your browser or device when you visit. This includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and date of each visit, time spent on individual pages, and other diagnostic data. We collect this information through standard server logs and may use cookies or similar technologies as described below.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies. POV Hub uses essential cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the Platform, including session management and security features. We may also use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns, performance metrics, and traffic sources. These cookies do not identify you personally but help us improve the Platform based on how visitors interact with it. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect certain functionality of the Platform.
Communication Records. When you correspond with POV Hub via email, contact forms, telephone, or other communication channels, we retain records of those communications including timestamps, content, and any attachments. This helps us maintain continuity in our professional relationships and respond accurately to ongoing discussions.
Information from Third Parties. In limited circumstances, we may receive information about you from third-party sources. These may include publicly available business directories, professional networking platforms, or referral partners. In all such cases, we handle this information in accordance with the same standards described in this policy.
03 How Information Is Used
TPOV LLC uses the information we collect for legitimate business purposes directly related to the computer systems design and related services we provide. Every use of your data is grounded in one of the following lawful bases: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request, compliance with a legal obligation to which TPOV LLC is subject, pursuit of our legitimate business interests where those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights, or your explicit consent where applicable law requires it.
Service Delivery. We use your contact information and project details to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver agreed-upon services, provide technical support, and maintain our professional relationship with you. This includes communicating about project milestones, service updates, and relevant technical information.
Platform Operation and Improvement. Automatically collected technical data helps us monitor Platform performance, diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud and abuse, and analyze usage trends. Aggregate data informs decisions about feature development, infrastructure scaling, and content strategy. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
Business Communications. With your consent where required, we may send occasional communications about POV Hub services, industry insights, case studies, or Platform updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such message or by contacting us directly. Transactional communications necessary for ongoing service relationships are not subject to opt-out.
Legal and Security. We use information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and enforceable governmental requests; to enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements; to detect, prevent, and address fraud, security breaches, and technical issues; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of TPOV LLC, our clients, and the public as required or permitted by law.
04 Information Sharing
TPOV LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not monetize your data through advertising networks, data brokers, or similar arrangements. The limited circumstances under which we may share information are described below, each governed by appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
Service Providers. We engage trusted third-party companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, including cloud hosting and infrastructure services, email delivery, analytics, and professional services. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their designated functions and are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of that information. They are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to POV Hub.
Legal Compliance and Protection. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to valid legal process including subpoenas and court orders, protect and defend the rights or property of TPOV LLC, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Platform, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy involving TPOV LLC, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via prominent notice on our Platform and by email before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
Aggregated and De-Identified Data. We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with partners, researchers, or in public reports about Platform usage and industry trends.
05 Retention & Security
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The specific retention period depends on the nature of the data and the purpose for which it was collected. Communications and business records are typically retained for the duration of the client relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter to address any follow-up inquiries or legal obligations. Automatically collected technical logs are retained for a shorter period sufficient for security monitoring and performance analysis.
When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it using industry-standard methods. You may request earlier deletion of your data as described in the Your Rights section below.
Security Measures. TPOV LLC implements and maintains a comprehensive set of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information. Our security program includes the following measures:

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption with strong cipher suites. We enforce HTTPS across all endpoints.
💾
Encryption at Rest
Personal data stored on our infrastructure is encrypted using AES-256. Database volumes, backups, and log storage all benefit from full-disk and application-layer encryption.
👓
Access Controls
Strict role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege govern all internal access to personal data. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for administrative access.
📝
Audit Logging
All access to systems containing personal data is logged and monitored. Audit trails are retained for security review and compliance verification.
📦
Vulnerability Management
Regular vulnerability scanning, dependency audits, and penetration testing are conducted across our infrastructure. Patches are applied according to risk-based timelines.
🔃
Network Security
Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and DDoS protection mechanisms are deployed at all network boundaries. Internal network segmentation isolates sensitive data environments.
🔄
Incident Response
A documented incident response plan governs our reaction to security events. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law without undue delay.
While we implement robust security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We continuously review and improve our security posture, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. You also play a critical role in protecting your information by maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and by promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized activity.

When we engage service providers located outside the United States, we require through contractual agreements that they provide at least the same level of protection for your personal data as described in this policy and as required by applicable law.
